Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in the greenhouse, then the party will move into the reception building just a few steps away

We love your little ones, but the only children making an appearance will be our flower girl and ring bearers—because, let’s be honest, they have a job to do! After they fulfill their duties (and steal the spotlight for a moment), they’ll be clocking out for the night. So, book that babysitter, enjoy an adult-only evening, and let’s party like we don’t have a 9 p.m. bedtime!

Semi-Formal/Formal Attire: We suggest guests wear a suit in any color, a button down and slacks, a long dress, or a cocktail dress (or even a nice pantsuit). Please no jeans.

No! Thankfully the ceremony is in a temperature controlled greenhouse, the reception is heated, and there will be heaters outside so you'll start warming up during the walk in. We will have a coat check so no need to leave that extra layer behind.

Yes! There is ample parking on-site at the venue

We have reserved a room block at [hotel name]. Please book your stay by [insert cut off date] to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code [insert code] or mention the [your last name and your partner's last name] wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

Yes! If you are staying at the hotel we have hired a shuttle for guests. The shuttle will take you from the hotel to the venue, then back to the hotel at the end of the night. Shuttle times will be provided.

We are finalizing the wedding times but plan to start the ceremony around 4:00pm and end the reception around 11:00pm. Invites will have exact times, and we will update this as soon as it's finalized.

The ceremony time will be listed on your invitation and we ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the starting time.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a meat, fish and pasta option available. You will be able to include dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to go out with the bridal party after the wedding as drinks will not be covered at the bar.

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and small bites.

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the wedding. Once cocktail hour starts, take as many photos as you want!
